Welcome to my booking page. Please note that at this time, sessions are done by secure video only.
Please book a 15-minute free consultation (first-time clients only) or a 50-minute or 80-minute session. I suggest starting with 50 minutes and then booking 80 minutes next time if you feel it wasn’t enough. Most of the time 50 minutes will suffice, but some clients prefer a little more time.
If you have paramedical coverage, my sessions are covered by most insurance companies and I can submit your claim directly in most cases. Please check with your provider regarding coverage before booking.
Sessions will be invoiced and receipted to the email on file. Payments may be made via etransfer or credit card and are due following your session.

I take a compassionate, non-judgmental approach to your well-being, customizing your treatment with your mind, body, spirit, and relationships in mind.
Practicing under supervision, I employ a combination of techniques designed to help you process your thoughts and emotions so you can feel better. Some of the tools in my toolbox are CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy), Compassion-Focused Therapy, Positive Psychotherapy, Mindfulness, and Psychoeducation.
Together, we will find the best path forward for you!
